Ramblers Tyneside Group uses coaches to walk & explore from the Scottish Borders to the Yorkshire Dales & Moors, from the Lakes to the Northumberland & Durham coasts.
Dufton is a very attractive village three miles north of Appleby, in an area designated as of oustanding natural beauty. Historically it was part of Westmorland and lies in the Eden Valley and below Great Dun Fell. In previous visits we have visited the grand canyon of Cumbria, High Cup Nick, Murton Fell, and ascended Dufton Pike itself.

For today only: The coach leaves from the National Express coach station.
It will be there for boarding from 9.00am and will depart at 9.30am
The coach leaves our finishing point at 6:00 pm to return to Newcastle
Refreshments are always available at the end of the walks before the return to Newcastle
