Ramblers Tyneside Group uses coaches to walk & explore from the Scottish Borders to the Yorkshire Dales & Moors, from the Lakes to the Northumberland & Durham coasts.
Richmond is a thriving market town placed at the gateway of Swaledale, one of the beautiful Yorkshire Dales. Our walks today will start further up the valley from the direction of Reeth coming back to finish in the town where there are plenty of refreshment opportunities and an excellent Fish and Chip shop.
Our coach will drop parties of walkers and leaders from their starting point and all walks will finish at our destination today.
There will be a choice of walks - graded Easy, Leisurely, Moderate and Strenuous for you to choose from.
Details of the walks will be available from our webpage and will also be passed round the coach on the day.
There will be time to take refreshments at the end of the walks before the return to Newcastle.
