Overview

We will all finish these walks through the North York Moors at the Lion Inn on Blakey Ridge. Located at the highest point of the North York Moors National Park, it stands at an elevation of 1,325 feet offering breathtaking views over the valleys of Rosedale and Farndale.

Our coach from Newcastle will drop parties of walkers and leaders at their starting point and all walks will finish at our common destination.  There will be a choice of walks - graded Easy, Leisurely, Moderate and Strenuous for you to choose from.  Details of the walks can be downloaded from the Wednesday Boulevard Coach section of the Tyneside website, usually from the Monday evening before. Copies will also be passed round the coach on the day.

Refreshments will be available at the end of the walks before the return to Newcastle.
