Overview

In the centre of Roman Wall country our route is along the Military Road proving routes along the Wall and less strenuous walks towards the South Tyne Valley an also in the country south of the Tyne.

Our coach from Newcastle drops parties of walkers & leaders at their starting point   Every week there is a choice of walks - Easy, Leisurely, Moderate and Strenuous for you to choose from.   Details of the walks each week can be downloaded on  www.ramblers.org/tyneside   - Wednesday Hancock Coach  from the Mon pm before and are passed round the coach.
