Ramblers walking challenges are for everyone, choose what is right for you from the below suggestions. Sign up, let people know and start stepping into the new year happier and healthier. 


  • Increase your steps to 10,000 per day 
  • Walk at your pace for an hour every day


  • Complete 50 miles over the festive period in December
  • Join 3 x group walks per week of at least 5 miles each


  • Complete 100 miles over the festive period in December
  • Climb a Munro, 3 peaks or similar trek
