Easy 3 miles / 4.8 km (Estimated finish time: 11:45)
Grade D walk. 3m/4.8 km. Asc negligible
This gentle walk starts from the Abbey Car Park and follows the 'Daffodil Path' along to Darnick village before crossing through Shunters Wud and over to the River Tweed path back along to Melrose. It is a flat walk with only one or two very short, mild ascents and offers a peaceful stroll by the riverside.
There will be 1 short refreshment stop. Boots & poles as usual may be useful if there has been rain.
There will be the opportunity to go for tea/coffee in Melrose afterwards.

This will be a slow "A" walk to the summit of Ben Lawers first and then heading back over Beinn Ghlas, then returning to our start point. Any B walkers who wish to try a Munro walk are welcome.

A loop from West Linton taking in the Covenanter's Grave and Ferniehaugh. It's on a mixture of good track and very indistinct path across moorland that can be quite boggy depending on how much rain has fallen.Booking essential.

Starting at Castle Campbell the route heads to Glenquey Reservoir before climbing through forest then descending to the start. Grass paths and forest tracks.

From Nine Mile Burn go SW on track for .5km. Then up to Spittal Farm and up to Spittal Hill and Green Law. Down and up several times taking in West Kip, East Kip, Scald Law and South Black Hill. Undulating return to Nine Mile Burn.

Uphill to Linglee hill with views of Selkirk and distant views of Borders Landmarks. On a clear day views continue as we walk across the hillside and climb to Foulshiels hill. Good paths and fields. Boots and Poles advised.

A circular walk mainly following tracks and paths through the woodland and heathland of Mugdock Country Park and around Craigallion Loch. Good views across to the Campsie Fells, Kirkpatrick Hills and Glasgow. Mainly gravel tracks and two short sections of minor road. Generally gentle to moderate gradients.
