Winter Walk over Tor-y-Foel

Strenuous 10 miles / 16.1 km
Starting over fields and along canal tow path before our ascent to the summit of Tor-y-Foel. Picking up the tramway above Talybont Reservoir before taking the Usk Valley Walk, then back to Llangynidr along the canal. Lovely views weather permitting. In adverse weather a lower route following the Beacons Way
