Strenuous 9 miles / 14.5 km
Meet Warmley Station car park
A lovely walk from Painswick on part of the Cotswold Way and the Wysis way over to Laurie Lee's birthplace of Slad.
We walk alongside streams, through fields, and lanes, passing by some lovely cotswold cottages.
The 9 miles takes in 1,500 ft of ascent, and there are some steep climbs out of the valleys, but the views make it all worthwhile.
To finish with optional tea & cake at the Rococco gardens.
