Join the CYW for a relaxing walk to de-stress on the run up to Christmas day.
The walk begins with some gentle yoga poses and breathing exercises to relax our bodies and clear our minds.
The walk follows and is a lesiurely stroll that passes along the base of the Chiltern scarp, through areas of archaelogical interest and returns along the Grand Union Canal.
After the walk to ensure we feel fully rejuvenated we finish with more gentle yoga stretches and breathing exercises. After which there is the option for a sociable drink and bite to eat at the Bluebells Teamroom
