SOLENT WAY- Langstone Harbour to the Sussex Border via Farlington Marshes NNR, Langstone Quay and Emsworth.

A varied flat walk from the northern suburbs of Pompey using the Solent Way to tour the easternmost 10 miles of the Solent Way, finishing on the westernmost stretch of the Sussex Border path. Pub/picnic at Royal Oak, Langstone Quay and tea possible  (and cakes?) in lovely Emsworth at the end of our walk. A flat walk on almost always excellent surfaces with much interest of the maritime variety.

IT IS ESSENTIAL walkers travelling independently to the start contact the walk leader since we may have to reverse the walk depending on high tides.
