Down from Alfred's Tower, we go along the wooded ridge and across to Long Knoll, then down and up onto White Sheet Hill and return through the Stourhead estate.
Coffee and picnic lunch stops.
Free car park at Jack's Castle, 3/4 mile along the road north east of Alfred's Tower.
