An easy walk following riverside and country paths into the outskirts of Winchester with a mince pie stop in Winnall Moors Nature Reserve, returning via the River Park, alongside the Itchen and through old Kings Worthy. Some busy roads to cross with care, residential and light industrial areas and traffic noise in places.
Please bring refreshments if required. Suitable for new walkers and there will be short stop mid way. Well behaved dogs welcome - leads will be needed in places. Toilets available at the start and en route at Winchester Rugby Club.
Refreshments afterwards at the King Charles pub, Kings Worthy.
As a courtesy to the walk leader and fellow walkers please aim to be at the meet point 15 MINUTES ahead of the start time.

Directions: Leave the M3 at junction 9 and take the A34 junction signposted Kings Worthy, then keep right to join the A33 towards Basingstoke. Just up the hill after the turning for the the Cart and Horses pub turn left into Lovedon Lane, go past the new housing development, then turn first left just after the Kings Worthy village sign into Loader Close, signposted Eversley Park - Worthies Sports and Social Club.
