Short and leisurely walk in Cadair Idris foothills

Leisurely 3 miles / 4.8 km
This walk climbs reasonably gently uphill from Dolgellau to the stream of Nant-y-Ceunant, and then continues through meadows in the foothills of Cadair Idris past the ruined Tan-y-Fedw. There are wonderful views of the Rhinogs. We then head downhill on minor roads back to Dolgellau.
