Strenuous 12.5 miles / 20.1 km
A linear walk from Taicynhaeaf to Barmouth along the southern part of the Rhinog ridge. The route heads up on footpaths and lanes, through Cwm Mynach and past manganese mines to climb to the summit of Diffwys (750 metres). We then follow the long ridge all the way back to Barmouth.
