Meet Warmley Station car park for car share and 9am departure
This walk includes a number of hills.
We will start in the car park on the B3134 opposite The Rock of Ages. We will follow the West Twin Brook, and pick up the Limestone Link. Walking East we will have fine views of Burrington Combe cliff and Burrington Ham. Continuing on we will cross the East Twin Brook and walk towards Beacon Batch Trig Point. From here we will head to Tynings Farm and take the West Mendip Way towards Rowberrow Warren. We will continue on the West Mendip Way until we reach The Swan pub at Rowberrow, where we will stop for lunch. From The Swan we will go up and over the old Roman fort at Dolbury Warren. Skirting Rowberrow Woods, we will descend back to Burrington Combe.
