Spectacular coastal views and sea birds.
This is a circular walk
The walk starts from the 300 year old Royal Oak.
A gentle stroll for a short distance before crossing fields and continuing into woods. Emerging into fields again before crossing the road to continue to join up with coastal path. The views are spectaculor looking towards the lsle of Wight.and there is a comfort stop with proper loos. On the prewalk we saw numerous sea birds and heard the familiar sound of the skylarks. Skirting Sturton pond with swans,ducks etc. Into Milford through the churchyard and into woods. We follow Danes stream as it meanders through the woods until we eventually emerge into the lane leading back to the pub.
Fairly flat walk with no styles.
The walk will start at 10 am. and allow an hour for the journey from Winchester Please cofirm if you wish to stay for lunch.
