Stage 14 of our series of coach walks following The Thames Path: The longer walk starts at Walton Bridge and follows the river to Hampton Court and on the Kingston, Teddington Lock and finishes near Petersham Meadows - a total of 11 miles. The short walk starts near West Molesey and follows the same riverside route to Petersham - 8 miles

This coach walk starts in Fareham: 3 pick-up points [Stubbington Red Lion 07:45; Fareham West Street 07:55 and Portchester Red Lion 08:05]. Coach fare £11.50 payable in advance - contact walk leader to book. Note: these pick-ups times may change before September

This is a linear walk
We are walking on the towing path - generally good underfoot although it may be a wet and muddy in places. No stiles on the riverside path. There should be either a pub or cafe at the finish point. Limited facilities such as toilets along the route. The journey down the River Thames continues: 6 October and finishes in 2020
