Easy 10 miles / 16.1 km
Paul F is leading a 5.5/11 mile Easy walk.
A register will be taken for the purposes of NHS Test and Trace.
This Walk is a figure of 8 so you are able to do either or both parts of the walk, each are 5.5 miles.
The first walk will head over Bratch common towards the canal where we will join the disused railway to Awbridge farm, we will then head back towards Trysull where we can stop at the Bell Inn pub for a drink before heading back to the village hall.
The second half of the walk we will head away from the village hall in the opposite direction towards Fiers Hill farm to Gorse Lane towards Abbots castle Hill onto Tinker's Castle Road, heading towards Seisdon onto Church Lane back into Trysull where we can have a drink and maybe food at the Bell Inn.
Both walks are relatively flat with a few slight inclines, there is a mixture of country lanes, farmland and bridle paths.
Please arrive at 9:45 for a 10:00 start.
