The walk goes through the outskirts of Sherborne onto Oborne, having site of Oborne Wood and Crackmore Wood, and via Milborne Port onto Crendle Hill Wood. It then passes through Hanover Wood and Goat Hill Wood but passing Haydon Hill Wood before returning to Sherborne via the Park.
There are tracks, trails and some field paths. There are short modest ascents and descents.

If you are unable to attend, please cancel your booking so that someone else can take your place. Please do not turn up for a walk without booking, as we will have to turn you away.

The Omicron variant of COVID-19 is prevalent at this time and so when car sharing, please wear a face covering and keep windows partially open. The driver may be an exception if the covering impedes vision. Lateral flow tests before the journey are optional.
