Strenuous 6.8 miles / 11 km
Ben Vorlich is a Munro which is 943m in height and belongs to the Arrochar Alps. We will climb via the north-east ridge. The lower part of the walk can be boggy after rain. The mountain becomes increasingly rocky with height. If the weather permits, we will enjoy extensive views across lower hills and southern reaches of Loch Lomond.
Places are limited for walkers. Please contact the walk leader if you want to join the walk.
Meeting at LNRS at 7.15am
This is a circular walk
This is one of hundreds of Ramblers group walks for all ages and abilities every week - all led by our experienced walk leaders. You’re welcome to join us on any of our walks to see if the Ramblers is for you. Then, once you’ve enjoyed the views, fun, exhilaration and good company, it’s just a case of becoming a member.
Do make sure you're fit enough and have the right footwear and clothing for the walk you want to do, though. You can contact the group or leader if in doubt.
