Starting at Castle Campbell the route heads to Glenquey Reservoir before climbing through forest then descending to the start. Grass paths and forest tracks.
Meet at car park at top of glen road opposite Castle Campbell at 10am FK14 7PP or LNRS (south side) at 9am.
