Virtual Area AGM 2020

The Ramblers Berkshire Area 2020 AGM will be held at 7pm on Monday 9th November. Due to the ongoing Covid-19 situation, this will be held via Zoom, replacing the previously advertised in-person Area AGM.
    
All members of the Ramblers in the Berkshire Area are welcome and encouraged to attend, but registration is required via this form.

Those wishing to stand for any of the offices on the Area Council are requested to notify the Area Secretary by Thursday 5th November, to enable preparation for an election if necessary. The available offices are Chair, Secretary, Treasurer, Membership Secretary, Publicity Officer and Footpaths Officer. All existing officers stand down at the AGM, but may seek re-election.

A provisional agenda is below, and other documents will appear on this page prior to the meeting. As per the Area Constitution, any motions to be considered must be notified to the Area Secretary at least 14 days before the meeting, i.e. by 7pm on Monday 26th October.
