Fitness levels. Many sections of the costal path are physically demanding and some sections are rated as strenuous or occasionally even severe. If you are uncertain about your personal fitness please dicuss this with the walk leader in advance.
Logistically linear walks have their difficulties, and none more so than in Cornwall. Narrow lanes, small coastal communities with limited car parking, and the need to return to the start point by public transport or by making some other arrangements. But we have the Cornwall Ramblers Bus!
