Mr Edward Franklin, who used to walk with Totnes Ramblers, left a legacy to the group, which was received in 2015. This legacy led to Totnes Ramblers creating the Franklin sub committee, which is tasked with identifying projects which can use the legacy to benefit walkers in our area of Devon and support the group’s programme of walks and activities. Below are photographs relating to some of the projects which have been undertaken to date, along with a summary of legacy expenditure. If anyone has any suggestions for future projects, then they should contact the chair of the Franklin Legacy sub committee, whose details are given on our ‘contact us’ page.
