11th June

A slightly less windy walk than last week, although it was still windy. It took us to Shropshire's highest point at Abdon Burf and around Nordy Bank Hill Fort.

4th June

A very windy walk took us up toward Y Grib before diverting to avoid the worst of the wind.

We had a beautiful walk just south of Leominster to Ivington Camp and beyond. 

21st May

We start the Arrow Trail over several walks. Planned and led by Eileen. Here we are having lunch at the source of the river Arrow, on Gwaunceste Hill.

Midweek Meander from Mordiford.

The sun shone for our walk from Clyro to The Roundabout at the top of the Begwyn HIlls. Beautiful views of The Black Mountains and The Brecon Beacons.

26th February

A lovely walk from The Rhydspence in on the Welsh Border (literally). We had beautiful views across the Wye Valley toward the Black Mountains.

12th February

A walk from Old Radnor, taking in quarries and some very old geological landscape, just over the border into Wales.

5th February

A large turn out for a blustery walk from Kington, taking us around Bradnor Hill and up to the top of Herrock and Rushock Hills.

22nd January

A large group of walkers turned out for a walk from Bredwardine and around Merbach Hill.

A midweek meander in cool crisp surroundings near Sutton St. Nicholas

1st January

Our New Years day walk was led by Jen. She took us out of Leominster along the river and then up through woods and fields to Kimbolton. The Church of St James the Church had been opened especially for the group and we were treated to a talk by the church warden whilst eating our lunch.
