Walking in and around Garstang

Welcome to Garstang & District Ramblers. We are a long established group who cover the area within 6-8 miles around Garstang. We’re lucky to benefit from the walks of the seven other groups in the Mid Lancashire Area.

Our walking community

Recent restrictions have unfortunately left the group unable to keep up our previous level of activity but undeterred, we have been able to make use of any other Ramblers group’s walks, in particular those in the Mid Lancashire Area

The walks in those nearby groups can be found at www.lancashire-ramblers.org.uk. We hope you can join us for a walk soon – please get in touch if you’d like any more information.

Campaign with us - protect the places we walk

Walking is a simple pleasure that should be open to everyone, so we campaign to remove barriers to walking and we protect the places we love to wander.
