Our activities include:
Short and easy walks, Groups aimed at people in their 20s and 30s, Groups aimed at people in their 40s
Our groups help local people enjoy walking and protect the places we all love to walk.
Most groups organise regular walks led by local experts – a great way to get outside, make new friends and discover how walking boosts your health and happiness.
You’re very welcome to try walking with us, or to get involved in looking after paths and green spaces and opening up new places to explore.

We are a friendly bunch, attendances vary from 6 to 30, to walk (mainly) on Saturdays, all grades of walks.
Also, our programme includes short mid-week walks on a Wednesday, around local parks. For details of these walks please contact Maura Reid on 0141 585 3765 on Tuesday Evenings, at the latest.
We also arrange social events with visits to local theatre groups etc.
