How to contribute a walk

  • Decide on your route
  • Liaise with the group walk programme secretary  to arrange access to walkfinder as a contributor and agree suitable date/s
  • Go to www.ramblers.org.uk and log in (register if you haven’t done so before)
  • Click on my account
  • Click on Walk Manager
  • Enter walk details and submit
  • Your walk submission will appear on the walkfinder when approved by walk programme secretary. Please check all details are correct

If you’d like to lead walks but don’t have internet access please ask the group programme secretary or another group member to input your walk information.

Instructions for uploading your walk details to the walkfinder can be found in a downloadable PDF in the Volunteer zone of the Ramblers website.
