We are the Winchester Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
We pass through Littleton Stud and follow the yellow brick road to South Wonston for a coffee break at 4 miles (toilet available at the recreation ground). Bridleways and field paths to the pretty village of Crawley where we will have late-ish lunch (at 8.5 miles) by the pond which had lots of cavorting dragonflies on my prewalk. From there we follow more bridle ways and paths back to Littleton, with a shortish stretch of road at the end. No stiles that I can remember. (not a definite guarantee!)
Please bring all refreshments for a morning break and lunch, including plenty of water.
Big car park, at the recreation ground past the actual hall. Coming from Winchester direction, from Main Road in Littleton, turn right into the Hall Way, and then keep left.
