We are the Bolton Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
Departing from Ryal Fold, we will head out over farm land to reach the civil parish of Tockholes. On route we will pass by a number of interesting features including, a church with an outside pulpit, and a farmhouse with a garderobe! We will then descend into the woodland area of Tockholes Plantations and explore the paths therin, before returning to our starting point.
The Cafe is expected to be open at 10am, for anyone wishing to use it, before the walk starts.
At the end of the walk, walkers will have the opportunity take refreshments. Either at The Royal Arms pub, or The Ramblers Country Cafe.
