Overview

Crimdon Dene

A 6 mile easy walk from Crimdon Dene. It is circular; we will walk from the car park parallel to the beach, over the rail track and onto the no.14 cycle track, this takes us to High Hesledon. We will then walk on the path following the road to Blackhall Rocks and then follow the coastal path back to the car park.

The walk is mainly flat on tarmac surfaces apart from the coastal path where the paths are worn grassy paths, there are 3 easy stiles, about 8 wooden steps that take us down a bank and the same to get us straight up the other side.
