Starting off alongside part of Foulridge Reservoir and canal. Then picking up Riverside at Barrowford. Climbing up to Admergill Pastures to the tops above Blacko before descending back down to the smaller Slipper Hill Reservoir. Then up to Hill Top, Foulridge, and back through fields and canalside to The Wharf.
