Overview

A scenic circular walk beginning from the west car park at Ampthill Park. The route explores the park’s historic woodland and open parkland before heading out into the surrounding countryside, with gentle hills, field paths, and fine views over the Bedfordshire landscape. Expect a mix of shaded tracks and open spaces, with a chance to visit the Katherine’s Cross monument and enjoy glimpses of Ampthill’s heritage. A moderately easy walk with varied terrain and lovely vistas throughout.
