Overview

Join us for a walk through Ashridge a National Trust landscape in the Chiltern hills, we will be walking the south section of the estate boundary trail taking us through ancient oak and beech woodlands, a golf course, common land and the golden valley a Capability Brown landscape created around 1760.

This route does include some hills and will likely be muddy so please wear appropriate footwear and make sure to bring warm and waterproof clothing.

We will stop for a short lunch break on route so please bring a packed lunch with you and we will also stop at the pub for a drink on route.

There is ample free parking on monument drive and a cafe and toilets at the start.
