Overview

This is a 12 mile out and back walk taking in Aran Benyllyn and Aran Fawddwy.  It's interesting to note that Aran Fawddwy is the second highest mountain in Wales at 2,971 ft elevation (Cadair Idris is 2,930 ft elevation). The Arans can be boggy all year round so gaiters and waterproof boots are a must.

It will be full day in the mountains and sufficient food and drink must be brought.  There will be several food and drink stops during the day.
