Overview

A moderate-grade (C) 9-mile cross-border walk of contrasts with an attractive canalside section plus an amble with Offa's Dyke.
There are echoes of a mysterious medieval battle along with one of Thomas Telford's finest creations and not forgetting the views too!
Feel free to bring a torch for one final surprise. 
Bring a packed lunch too.
