51 bus from Arundel Gate, AG11 at 9.48, to Lodge Terminus (10.20)
A circular walk in the area, starting along a narrow path above Fox Hagg Plantation, leading to Wyming Brook car park. Then over Ash Cabin Flat, Redmires Conduit, Lords Seat quarries, Redmires reservoirs, with a short detour through Redmires Plantation before finishing back at the start, Lodge Moor bus terminus.
This is a varied route, through woodland and also across moorland, with fine views of Rivelin dams and then Redmires reservoirs. There is some rough stony terrain as well as wet boggy areas, and one or two short ascents - so good boots and poles will be a help.
