Overview

This is a circular walk from the charming village of Ashwell.  We head northwards to Barrowsford Bridge which crosses the River Rhee and takes us to the Green Lane in Hinxworth Parish.  Turning southwestwards the Ridge Way leads past Arbtree Farm to Hinxworth Place.  Finally we turn east to return to Ashwell over Newnham Hill which affords scenic views over much of the route just walked.
