Overview

This will be a day out for the Club to enjoy a fascinating historic walk around the Wiltshire countryside. The walk takes us along the river Kennet valley passing Silbury Hill and onto the West Kennet Long Barrow. We then walk along the Ridgeway and across pastureland to Winterborne Monkton, finishing at Avebury stone circle.
