The walk is 6 miles. We will walk from the village hall to the church, then on the road to the battle information board. The route continues through an old airfield, and across fields. We return to Westonzoyland on the path by the King’s Sedgemoor drain. Some road walking, 5 stiles and no hills. For those wishing to visit the Battle of Sedgemoor museum in Westonzoyland Church, I would suggest that you arrive earlier and visit the museum before meeting the group at the village hall to start the walk at 2.00 pm.
