Overview

High Walk

Beinn Dòrain is one of the most instantly recognisable Munros in the southern Highlands, a huge conical peak that dominates the A82 when driving north from Tyndrum. The walk up gives some spectacular views of waterfalls and crags on the adjacent hill 'Beinn a Dothaidh'.  Views from the summit are excellent with unusual aspect to the west end of Loch Lyon. Rough paths for much of the route, some wet sections.
