Overview

From Bingham, we leave the picturesque Buttercross at the centre of this historic village and head westwards.  After crossing the A46, we pass the former RAF Newton irfield, pausing to admire the well maintained control tower. We are now rewarded with extensive views over the Trent Valley before passing through Shelford and along the Cliff Path to Radcliffe. There we have a choice of many cafes and pubs before catching  the Mainline Trent Barton Bus back to Bingham (every 20 min on a Sunday)
