A gently undulating & pleasant circular route including a small “lollipop” section. Walking mostly on footpaths & field paths including sections of the Viking way & Lindsey Loop with a stretch of road walking. Pleasant views across the countryside all day. Leaving Biscathorpe church we head towards Gayton Le Wold then Donnington on Bain up to Market Stainton for lunch & back towards & passing Donnington on Bain again returning to Biscathorpe church along the side of the river Bain. N.B. Divisions may be necessary at farmers requests due to cattle & calves. Some paths overgrown & one section can be wet & muddy but may to try to avoid this if at all possible.
