An 11.5 mile moderate hilly circular walk from Winscombe climbing up to Black Down using some of the West Mendip Way. Total ascent is approx 1600 ft. We will have a packed lunch at the top after the climbing. Excellent views. A torch will be useful as we walk through a railway tunnel on the Strawberry Line.
