Overview

A circular walk which on a day with good visability offers fine views of the mid Beacons mountain range and also Talybont Reservoir. From the car park we take the well used Beacons Way path ascending to Craig y Fan Ddu then some good ridge walking to Carn Pica. From there we descend to Talybont Dam crossing then ascending to the pass at Pen Bwlch Glasgwm. From here we traverse above the slopes of Darren Fawr continuing to the trig point then descending to the Taff Trail and our cars.
