We are the Cardiff Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
After a fairly level walk across to Blorenge, then down to the Punchbowl, we follow the old tram road around the side of Blorenge with lovely views across the valley to Sugarloaf and Skirrid mountains. After two short climbs up to Pwll-du, above the Dyne-Steel incline, we make our way across and gently down Tir Abraham Harry, thus avoiding the boggy ground of the old Hill Pits spoil tips, followed by a level walk back to the car park.
Walkers need to carry In Case of Emergency information – this might be on a card, key fob or on their smartphone.
