Blorenge and Punch Bowl

Up to and then south along the Monmouthshire & Brecon Canal before going around Ffrwd Wood and Coed y Prior before gradually making our way up to the WT masts and along the ridge to the Trig Point. With all the hard climbing done, down to The Punch Bowl along to Cwm Craf, descending under the canal (short, dark tunnel) back to the start. A mix of terrain with some stoney sections (Cwm Craf and descent to Punch Bowl in particular). Several ascents, three significant, but mostly in the morning and all taken at a sensible pace. Walking boots or stout shoes a must and walking poles advised.
