Striding through this diverse bluebell carpeted woodland to find our way to the vibrant little community of Cwmdu nestled in the tranquil Dulais Valley. Traversing pastures and quiet lanes we ascend Maes-y-Castell iron age hill fort, before plunging back into bluebell scented park woodland to discover Llyn Taliaris concluding our walk.

Hilly. One short sharp climb early on, and a sustained climb later up to Maes-y-Castell. May be mud in places if wet, so boots and walking poles recommended..
No dogs , except assistance dogs, due to sheep with lambs.
