We will head out along the famous Stiperstones ridge and on into the woods of the side of Pellrhadley Hill, returning over the top of Micklewick Hill and via the village of Shelve. Crossing fields we will return to The Bog. On a clear day we will have excellent views of the Stiperstones, Corndon and the Hope Valley.
The route, like everywhere currently, is muddy and wet, so boots with good tread, and gaiters if you have them will be ideal. There are a fair few stiles and some are not in the best of condition, so we will need to help each other over the challenging ones! Whilst most of the climbing will be done before lunch, there are some mild undulations before we finish. Please bring food and drink for elevenses and lunch.
