Overview

An interesting walk around the Wansbeck valley.  Starting at Bolam lake, we pass Bolam church and Low Angerton before turning west along the River Wansbeck towards Middleton.  We pass Half Moon Plantation, before ascending Shaftoe Crags and returning to the start.
